The process of working with our clients is a comprehensive and collaborative endeavor in which MBL Advisors works side by side with its corporate client to assure we understand your needs, objectives and compensation philosophy. We will then work with you to translate that philosophy into an integrated and understandable compensation and benefits strategy.

Discovery

We listen to gain a clear understanding of your current situation. Together we identify and prioritize your goals and objectives.

Strategic Design

We work with our clients in a collaborative process by establishing a compensation and benefits philosophy, and aligning a long-term strategic plan with that philosophy.

Benefit Modeling

MBL Advisors will evaluate the various types of compensation and benefit options, determine optimal plan design choices, and develop an integrated compensation and benefit package.

Implementation

We will work with you and your outside advisors to complete all plan documentation and necessary forms, obtain appropriate signatures, complete filings and set up the administrative platform.

Communication

MBL Advisors works with its client to communicate the plan through in-person meetings, webinars, email, customized web portal or voice response system, at the client’s option.
